The rooms were adequate and had basic amenities such as soap and toothpaste, and the service was very responsive to our requests. In their dining room, the breakfast was hygienic and fresh.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness that could've been better handled.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which was situated near some great shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the surrounding area. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fast Wi-Fi.
The elevator was out of order during our stay, which made it difficult to get to our room on the upper floors. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective, which made the room quite warm at times.
